Client Service Representative

We want someone to fill the Client Service Representative role and deliver personalized support in the local area through targeted product and service recommendations. We prefer to take a direct approach so our clients always stand out amongst the competition. We welcome all past and current experiences and are open to training someone with no prior experience.

Duties Include:

• Act as a liaison between the customer and the client to increase brand exposure and establish an open line of communication
• Interact face to face by delivering brand presentations to potential new customers
• Manage daily schedule to ensure the proper materials are available for management and training needs are fulfilled
• Solve existing issues and determine solutions to prevent further concerns
• Perform other related duties as needed
