Customer Service in Logistics with great phone etiquette - HEAVY PHONES
Process orders and support administrative duties for the dispatch department
Schedule Pick-ups
Computer skills with good data entry - 10 key a MUST (HEAVY E-MAILS)

FULL DESCRIPTION

The Customer Service Coordinator will complete and print out all paperwork for each load daily, will answer phones and log all orders, heavy phones and e-mail and other duties as assigned.

The selected candidate will possess the following:

Effective communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prioritize, multitask and manage time effectively
Computer knowledge
Experience in trucking and Logistics is a must

The selected candidate will be responsible for the following:

Customer Service in Logistics
Completing and printing paperwork for each load that ships out
Data Entry
Answer phones and log orders
Scheduling Pick-ups
Support administrative duties for dispatch
