A qualified candidate for the position of Senior Key Account Specialist would need to possess the following:

• Experience in managing high-level, high-compliance B2B accounts
• Well-spoken with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Extremely detail-oriented and thorough in their daily work
• Excellent organizational, follow up and multi-tasking abilities
• Above average analytical and problem-solving skills
• Computer literate with an emphasis on Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• A strong desire to provide assistance and outstanding customer service
• Thrives in a team environment Responsibilities include customer relations, following detailed customer compliance, working as a team with multiple departments, order entry and extensive telephone and email communication. This position also assists the Department Supervisor with back up duties and projects when required.
