Seeking a primary care provider for well-established hospital employed practice.


Must be BC/BE FP or IM


4-day workweek; no call


Join 4 physicians and 2 Nurse Practitioners


Well-established, highly regarded practice viewed as a significant asset by community


Loyal and appreciative patient population make an exceedingly satisfying work environment


Practice covers newborn to geriatric patients

Outpatient only practice is a modern, well equipped outpatient clinic with lab, x-ray, and PT/OT service onsite.


We have an experienced clinical and clerical support staff, a Wellness Nurse, LCSW, part time consulting pharmacist, Care Manager and full-time practice manager.


We are part of the Beacon ACO and an NCQA Level 3 Patient Centered Medical Home.
