If so, consider a role as the Client Services Director at The Arc of East Central Iowa. Founded in 1953, The Arc of East Central Iowa provides services for individuals of all ages.

Responsibilities:

As the Director of Client Services, you will manage teams responsible for daily operations of client services. Guiding leaders to ensure accurate client documentation, completion of staff training and, nurturing relationships with clients, families and funders for successful outcomes. Process improvement, collaboration on agency policies and practices, and promoting The Arc’s strategic plan, mission, values and overall health of the organization are core to this position.

Additional responsibilities include managing performance indicators to monitor compliance of Arc policies as well as federal, state, local and managed care organizations, maintaining accreditation standards of all governing bodies, and conducting internal audits and reviews to ensure adherence to policies. Actively participate in the budgeting and analysis of financial statements providing input on variances to budgeted projections.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field, or commensurate experience. Master’s degree preferred. Management experience in a health or human services setting in a leadership role required.
