About Us: Synergy Specialists is an agency for dental specialists. We match specialists (Oral Surgeons, Endo, Perio, etc.) who have available working days to practices that want to bring specialty services in-house. Our company is based in Los Angeles, but you can be based anywhere in the US as long as you have a stable office, good internet, and a phone. We are a growth stage tech startup that’s changing the dental industry to benefit doctors, the dental team, and patients alike.

Responsibilities include working directly with dental practice owners and specialists on a variety of steps to onboard them, collect documents, set up matches using our back-end management system, guide individuals on best practices, help schedule treatment days, facilitate credentialing, follow up on payments made, and ensure the process is moving smoothly.

Knowledge of the dental and specialty industry is essential. You will be working directly with the CEO of the company on managing our existing members and their treatment days, as well as help bring new members into our network. Your success will depend on your ability to communicate with members, get them to complete tasks (usually filling out a form), and motivate them.

Experience with some CRM is helpful but training will be available. Must work well in teams. We are hiring full time. Must be available 9-5 (varies depending on your time zone). This is the perfect job for somebody who wants to work from home, is a hard worker with experience, a networker, and is looking for the opportunity to show their skills.
