Customer Service Responsibilities:
- Front of the house point person
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude
- POS familiarity preferred but not required.
- Taking detailed customer orders in person and by phone
- Cash intake and management
- Routine drawer counts (start, midday, close)
- Oversee front of the house maintenance.
- Team player that can easily coordinate with other staff members to increase customer satisfaction
Expectations:
Full or part-time. Full time preferred. 40 hr week commitment for full time. 30 hours for part-time.
Reliability, professionalism and a desire for greater responsibility rewarded with schedule flexibility, pay increases and long-term management potential. Willing to train but will increase starting pay potential for those with previous experience and training.
Possible weekly schedule options:
Three 10 hr shifts
Four 10 hr shifts
Five 7 hr shifts
