SUMMARY
Provide excellent customer service by greeting and answering customer questions in a friendly, conversational manner. Performs the following duties personally and in conjunction with other members of the team:
WORK HOURS
Normal work schedule is 7:30 to 4:30pm.
Occasionally, during our busy season, additional hours may be required to meet our business needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Responsible for efficient communication, harmonious interaction and support of co-workers and management team members.
Answers incoming phone lines and responds to all customer requests and complete call logs and reports.
Possesses clear communication skills - Conveys to customers exactly what he/she means.
Knowledgeable in all Company programs in order to communicate details to customers.
Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to customers on various solutions the company offers its potential and existing customers.
Receives and executes orders for service or delivery, per customer request.
Sets up new accounts and terminates terminated accounts
Updates telephone numbers, email address and verifies the billing address.
Participates in telemarketing programs sponsored by the company.
Checks phone messages and department emails on scheduled day.
Provides on-the-job training for new employees.
Reviews log notes in a timely manner.
Processes Payments including check scanning, reconciliating credit cards
Posts delivery tickets
Schedules sales calls as needed
Generates invoices and statements
Has good time management skills.
Remains professional and level headed – reassures customers of the professionalism of our business.
Assists in performing tasks within the department as needed.
Performs other tasks assigned by the Manager to provide general support to company operations.
Maintains and promotes company brand guidelines and core values at all times.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, one must be adaptable and willing to use positive language. More importantly, be cautious about how some communication habits translate to customers. Be able to remain calm and even influence others when things get a little hectic. Must possess good organizational and teamwork skills. Must be dependable
SAFETY Working safely is a condition of employment. Employees shall verbally report and photograph all crashes / injuries to their Manager immediately. If your Manager is not available, report the crash / injury to the Safety Director another Manager, or Human Resource Manager.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate’s degree (A. A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or at least three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must speak fluent English. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Must be able to navigate around Windows and know Microsoft Word – (Excel a plus). Ability to quickly learn our computer software. Typing skills of 45 WPM.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, and sit. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
